I'm absolutely dying on 15% grades. Is my front gear too big?
I have a road bike Giant OCR 1W. I had triple 50/39/30 in front and 10s cassette 11-27 when I bought. I replaced the smallest chainring to 26. Now I have triple 50/39/26 in front. I also replaced 10s cassette with 11-30. In the process I had to replace 105 rear derailleur with Sora rear derailleur medium cage. Now I have

when I ride on hills 15% grade for 0.5-1 miles, my speed is 3.2-3.8 mph at cadence 46-55 at my lowest gear front 26 rear 30.
