Happy to help!

It might be a little high but if in really good condition is not so terrible. It is an S-Works frame with Dura-Ace so not a bad bike in the day. However it is a rim brake aluminum bike with not a ton of tire clearance so by modern standards to a degree a base level Specialized Diverge might be a slightly better bike in some senses.

However in the end if it fits you and is relatively comfortable and you really want it go for it. I might happily own one if it landed in my lap for a super low price.

Would agree with Fentuz in needing new tape and I would potentially replace cables and housing as well. Tires and Pads probably yes too as well as rubber can get hard over time and crack and won't do you well when riding and stopping. Saddle is up to you but me personally wouldn't ride that saddle.
