LOL. While you can google outer banks bike shops, and find a bunch of listings, most of the shops are seasonal, and cater to the tourist crowd. If the sign reads
Bathing Suits, Bagels, Bait, Beer, and Bikes, might wanna bring the Dogma to the kayak rental place down the block that also "does bikes".....
