Pretty much any touring bike with canti brakes will make for a good gravel bike. Trek 520. Miyata 1000, 610, 210. Univega Specialissima, Gran Turismo; Schwinn Voyageur, etc.
The other one is an older touring frame designed for 27” wheels and center pull brakes. Good candidates for 700c conversion.
