I have the Ritchey Carbon Streem II on 2 bikes and love them. While they are not a single bar\stem setup, the tops fit my hands perfectly and the drops\reach are exactly what I like, and almost no flare at just 2%, which is what I like. The downside, they quit making them, but you can find them NOS on Ebay on occasion. I know that is not helpful at all, but pimping my love of separate bar and stem options.
