There are loads of lower quality bikes from various brands with various bits of lower end parts on it spin a wheel and pick a brand and you will find them. If you are dying for heavy coil suspension there are some lower quality bikes sold as "mountain bikes" that fit the bill and there are still some silly companies making those heavy clunky off-road hybrids like the one pictured. Personally I would rather have just wider tires and at most a small bit of suspension in the headset like Specialized or just throw on a Kinekt Seatpost and get a higher quality bike but I don't like paying for suspension that barely works, has no tunability, weighs a ton and is such short travel.
I might consider one of the RS Rudys or the Fox gravel forks down the line but I am still happy with wide tires and a carbon fork.
I will say generally many companies do their lower to bottom end bikes in nice colors but I have a feeling that stole that from Brazil and their slums which are painted bright colors to hide what is really in front of you. The bike listed does have a good looking main triangle for sure.
