You're supposed to reuse stuff before resorting to recycling - is there nobody near you who could use the parts? The lockring should be reusable, and the freehub body, the screw that holds it on the hub, maybe the spokes, and probably the cassette too, it doesn't look badly worn. Those are all steel, the hub body is aluminium but with steel bearing inserts.
But the first thing you should do, before removing the rim, is strip the hub parts while you have something to hold on to.
