Bikes: '85, '86 , '87 , '88 , '89 Centurion Dave Scott Ironman.

Now that it's October I've been riding my '85 Ironman.
Supposed to ride 5 days a week but again only 4 days a week so far. Also I have a 17, 18, 20, 26, and 50 mile road routes mapped out but I've only ridden 17 or 18...what a wuss.

The components were taken off a stock trek but not sure which one. The trek had less than a thousand miles on it. It has campagnola brake set, Crankset, front and rear deralleur, shifters/brake levers, freewheel and possibly chain. Wheels are matrix with 28 Continental sports. The saddle and stem are original to bike. It didn't have the original fork , in fact the fork that was on there was horrendous. Fortunately R.T. to the rescue with Centurion forks off a carbon Ironman. This bike is as stable as they come. Other than the rather loud clunky shifting compared to Shimano, it's all you would want from a bike.
Something to note, although this bike measures 54cm (identical to my other Ironman) the head tube is bigger.
