Browsing Amazon for the Euro bottom bracket to do my conversion and decided to take the easier/cheaper way. I picked up a square taper single crankset. I know, Chinese but it's just a casual cruiser.
Simple pop on/pop off. It should arrive Sunday....
So..turns out, Not so simple. Started to pull the crank arm on the non drive side. Found the threads already damaged. Tried to use the tool and the rest of the threads pulled out of the crank arm.
I haven't tried the drive side yet. I'm going to presume it is going to fight me as well.
