I think your statements are wrong. Maybe it's because you are just giving snippets and not really setting up the full scenario and circumstances. However this discussion really isn't appropriate to this thread. So I don't plan to comment here on it any more.

However all of what you said here about fat burning for energy and heart issues we will have from staying at high effort levels is pretty bogus sounding to me.
