Yes, it's a 1985 first-generation C-Record rear mech. Second one I've had.
First one was an incomplete NOS deal that I bought for $50 at the LBS - it ended up selling on Fleabay for $305. Couldn't complain at that, the extra money kept the Raleighs running for a few more weeks.

My current, second C-Record one is probably on the very other end of the condition scale, having been nicked, scraped, scratched, and even monogramed with a scraggling "TG" upside down on the parallelogram. See pic.
