Sierra - yes, he is racing NICA right now, prepping for regionals in a few weeks.

NICA is flat out great for the kids. Local, no pressure, fun races, great people… a few kids from his team progressed into a team USA program and are junior road racers right now. As I said in the post above, there are people at the races that know some things… some ex racers knocking around.
