There's no way of knowing short of trial and error unless you're lucky enough to know someone with the same bike. The Conti Ride Tours have an aggressive tread pattern which will likely exacerbate any fit issues you may have. I'd pick a tire with a smooth wall like a continental gatorskin or a panaracer protite pasela tire.

Best bet is to buy the tire from a bike shop that will take returns.
