I've run two sets of their lever/trigger shifters. One was on a recumbent I used to own that needed road-compatible flat bar shifters and they worked well. The other is a pair of "thumb tap" shifters that I ran on an MTB for a couple years. Here in the snow belt, conventional lever/trigger shifters are almost impossible to use if you're wearing mittens, either full or lobster mitts. The quality and reliability of the shifters is excellent but I reverted to GripShift from preference.
