Simple track sprint workouts with kettlebells

Can anyone recommend a simple workout with kettle bells instead of barbell and weights for sprint/500m TT training. This would be for upper and lower body work? I have kettlebells at home and was wondering if I can do the job without going to gym or buying new equipment. Many thanks
