you are a size S in Canyon but be careful since they cut the steerers quite short at the factory for some weird reason ....a friend ran into problems with that
maybe ask them to leave the steerer uncut and give you some additional spacers
yes, I had a similar issue with my Rondo but as I knew it in advance, I fitted a +15deg deda stem.
