Bill D didn't really advertise like that or limit himself to one tube set, even for a single frameset. But he did use Tange Prestige a lot. Member Mark B (@bulgie) built frames for him and might be able to add some helpful info.

I would not worry at all about what tubing is in a bike from a well know builder, that has a good provenance (there have been a number of tests where people could not tell the difference between say Columbus Aelle and Columbus SL in identrical frames with identical wheels, tires etc...
