I have the R45 hooked rims and have found this pretty spot on. In my experience, the Conti tires of a few years ago ran wide, but seem more to spec now. For example, I had to run 23's in front just to clear my fork crown, but now 25's work just fine
FWIW, I use Schwalbe because they are easier to mount
Interesting Info, supports Conti now being closer to nominal on a 21mm internal. Although my experience on installation has been slightly different. Never have had an issue with Vittoria, I switched from Conti because they were a pita to get on/off out on the road. Although that has been clinchers, not TLR versions.
