AI, for what it's worth, says the site owner is Larry Black, of Mt. Airy (MD) Bicycles fame.

I don't recall him being on BF, but he was, and i assume is, active on CR. EDIT: did not find his name on the new CR Google list

EDIT2: I did see he is on FB, but I can't tell if he's active with the CR group on there.
