Campy, without a second thought. It’s a show piece as you describe it, so you don’t exactly need super gearing.
I’d love to see it paired with a Rally RD, (not sure what FD shifts that…maybe a Triomphe or Victory?) Mafac long cantis, SunTour power shifters, and de-anodized big honking brake levers!
If you could find a Regina 13-28 freewheel, it would be perfection!
