I have a few of those myself. Made an adapter by marrying a sliding one to a Garmin-style base with G-Flex and a small metric machine screw. Not exactly like what this link will show you but it works. Made one with a GoPro style base and a 1/4 turn Garmin as well.

I'll be watching this thread to see what others can offer up, be easier to buy another than fabricating one again.
