Is Bryton 1/4 turn not Garmin compatible ?! or does Bryton make a Garmin adapter ?. If you found a light that uses a Garmin mount that would give you a light with a quick release. They make a bunch of seat post or under seat mounts that can use Garmin. Trying to find a quick release adapter for the Planet Bike is going to be a problem I suspect.
