Bikes: Tarmac Disc Comp Di2 - 2020

I can't tell where the line is that shows where the bearings are making contact with it. I've had cups that were pitted just as worse as those. But not in the very thin path where the bearing touches. Even if it is pitted in the bearing path, it might be that you won't notice it much.

So I'd just lube and put it all back together and see if it is smooth enough for you when actually ridden. When turned by hand will let you feel every thing. Even a spec of dust that gets in the way of the bearing. So that is why I say, ridden.

Or if you are a perfectionist and it must be perfect whether it matters or not, then just replace it now.

I haven't messed with anything that uses cups in a long time. I've no idea if you can find just the cups at a reasonable price. Might find worn but not pitted for a premium price on eBay. But if you don't have to keep the bike in original condition, just get something newer and replace the the entire hub or wheel.
