Bikes: '23 Canyon Endurace, '87 Bottecchia Equipe Professional

I drew that line in the sand, then the tide came in. I was NOT going to modernize the lovely Italian race bike I found here on BF. Not going to:
Buy a new wheelset,
Add brifters,
Install a modern low geared drivetrain,
Spread the rear triangle,
Shimano anything.
