Peugeot PX-10 info 60/70’s?

Hello,
looking for some info on what I believe to be a px-10. My research suggests early 60’s (63) but would appreciate some input.
what’s throwing me off the most is the seat tube diameter (caliper reading at 25.4m).
22.5” CTC
RD hanger was sawn off, I believe. Campy date code on the RD is from ‘73
seatpost reads “made in England” and had a brooks saddle upon it.
