That checks out. I remember the red, white, and yellow color scheme, too. I’d guess those were from around ‘91. If my memory serves, we got the first generation of bikes with the alloy fork around late 89 or early 90. Later versions came with a steel fork. I began college in fall of ‘91 and took a hiatus from cycling at that point, and I believe the red/white/yellow versions were already out by then.
