I cannot remember if I've posted anything like this before, but here goes

1) Does anyone still make a fixed-gear internal gear hub?
2) If so, do any take a disc brake?
3) If so, would it be possible to: Run the chain from the pedals to the IGH on the LEFT side, have a sprocket bolted to where the disc brake would go so a chain could be run down the right side to a rear bicycle differential?

In short, I'd like to use it as a mini-transmission for a quadricycle. Yes, I'm poking at my old designs again.
