Until you can pin down exactly what it is, don't be so sure about it being a "good" frame. It could turn out to be a low-end Russian frame, which were floating around BITD and rode like blah. Veganbikes is spot-on:Run from this one.

There are plenty of genuine, vintage Litespeeds out there and trust me, you will be much happier with the real thing.

PS I have a Tuscany (replaced a older Natchez) and highly recommend them as a workingman's version of the Vortex.
