If the frame could be definitively linked to the team, and ideally a specific racer, and was structurally sound, it’d perhaps be worth USD1000- to me, tops. There’s a lot more to be spent for a repaint and to source original parts, and even then it’s never going to be an original team bicycle. For someone actually prepared to spend the thousands required to bring it back the price paid for the frame is largely incidental.
