for this race, does anyone know what the rules are on working with other people?
I noticed that they have all the usual USCF divisions, but also lots of "citizen" ones
as well. Can you work with whomever you want? Or only people in your division?
From looking at the results, it doesn't look like there are a lot of UCSF women riding
it. <20 CAT4 women seem to do it. I'm also wondering about this because I have some
friends that might want to do it, but we wouldn't be in the same category so I don't
know if we could go in with plans to paceline and so on...
