Nice bikes. I set up the bars and levers with a flat ramp to the hoods = like yours.

I have ridden the roads east of Memphis - some in Collierville and roads more rural. It was a decade+ ago, but I only felt safe on the very most rural of roads where traffic was low. On public roads with traffic, it was not fun. Too few cyclists I guess, the cars are not used to bikes. Hopefully better for wherever you are.
