Long chainring bolt sets for triple cranks (all using the same bolt circle) have always been the less-common ones in my Strategic Chainring Bolt Stockpile. But a quick search seems to show several vendors who offer the longer bolt and longer-sleeve nut recommended for these setups.
One Amazon vendor even offers one package that covers almost every configuration.
