The bolts I Don't grease are these short chainring ones on my 5 arm SS crank, the disc brake bolts on my Rohloff and it's screw on sprockets.
All come undone easily and still clean. I tighten the CR bolts until they stop moving. LOL. I use my 4/5/6 mm 3 arm wrench. Still good after 20 years with plenty of hard use. My DIY stems have two 8 mm bolts.
