clean, sand, and clean the discs ...then slide some fresh pads in... i bet they're contaminated.

just type in your brake brand and model number, and dozens of others pop up... go with orgainic pads for best braking, and semi-metallic for more longevity... EBC, koolstop and swiss stop brands are quite popular... and stock tektros work well too.

i've seen way too many posts on here of folks that just try to clean up old pads... they end up buying new ones anyway.
