I’m sure, but you understand that your recco was for what the OP didn’t want, right?

I don’t have any particular troubles with lever locks either, but I definitely prefer push-on heads, non-locking in the workshop where I run a compressor, and locking for floor pumps.

I recommended a push-to-lock for the OP upthread, but if I were to suggest a lever-lock to the OP, I would recommend the Silca SuperPista Digital over the Terra for two reasons. First, the lever on the SP is actuated sideways to the valve, not the common flip upwards motion which, as the OP noted, is perfect for pulling the head off the valve stem. The second reason is that the SP Digital has a high-mounted, illuminated, digital display which is probably the most legible arrangement possible.

The Shimano PRO pump I recco’d upthread also has an illuminated, digital display for max legibility, though it’s bottom mounted, delivers on the push-lock head, and costs 1/3 the SuperPista’s $300 asking price.
