DOH!

It's from the crank of a '70s era Atala Grand Prix that I'm rescuing from the Universal Forces of Entropy. It's not badly buggered, but what's got me worried is that these things have got to be Rare as Etruscans and hard to replace.

Anyone have some advice about my options?

Run a die down it? [Will this influence the strength?]
Replace? [Where on the Lord's Green Earth would I find a thing like this?]
