It's a Crohn's thing. Crohn's disease is an auto immuno disorder where your body's immune system attacks itself. Predominantly, Crohn's disease attack the mucous membrane of your digestive tract, but it can also affect other mucous membranes. In my case I sometimes get pain in my hips from the inflammation Crohn's causes.

Doctors are useless when it comes to not-quite-chronic pain. They just tell me to get over the counter drugs, which is why I sometimes asking "whoever" if they have any recommendations. I'll try those Tylenol ones.
