What do you do when you're far from an outlet for several days at a time ? Or put differently, how many days are you good for digitally ?
While watching the Bicycle Touring Pro YT series, Darren would have a routine of stopping once a week or so to charge batteries for a few hours. He had multiple cameras, a computer for editing, etc…., possibly an extra day. He might have used a solar panel and I have known tourist that did that and stayed supplied. A new GPS can get 120 hrs or so of use, so that might be 2 weeks or so, and more if it’s sunny and the built in solar panel can charge. My ride yesterday in sunlight showed 1.5% increase in battery from a weak winter sun.
