if you were in the PNW, i'd likely buy it to go on a project 24" BMXer... i inherited a stout 24" rear wheel a few years ago, and there's a Tony Hawk DROP 24" lounging in the racks right now... i slipped some walmart 24s on it just to get it up and rolling.
The ID of the bearings (and the internal sleeve) is 12mm.
