I have have a neighbor that had her Tri bike damaged during shipping and it was in a similar location and size. Sent it off to a company in Miami and they got it fix and painted, never had an issue with it, that was 3 or 4 years ago if I recall correctly. I would just have it repaired and it was not terribly expensive.
