Bikes: Airborne "Carpe Diem", Motobecane "Mirage", Trek 6000, Strida 2, Dahon "Helios XL", Dahon "Mu XL", Tern "Verge S11i"

I think that's the kind of link that requires the chain to be flexed a little so the pivots of the link are inclined towards each other. This allows the other part of the link (the "keeper") to go to its place.
