Having had a fork mounted front rack before, I think I'd prefer a frame mounted one like that too. Otherwise adding a heavy bag causes the steering to swing strangely.

Looks like a great option for having a front rack and a suspension fork at the same time. Do wonder if there would be much risk of wrecking the frame on a bike with thin butted tubing though.
