It looks like a standard Shimano quick link to me. Do as Grumpus has described. I do not believe these are rated for reuse, but in a pinch it would very likely work just fine if you are careful. Consider changing quick link style to the one you are most comfortable with.
I suspect these links only exist because other styles are patented.
I don't have enough familiarity to have a "most comfortable with" - I ordered some of these because they look more substantial and less kludgy to put on and take off - also some quick link pliers.
