If you would like to have "The Ultimite Bike Light Setup". Below are easy to follow steps so you can have the best helmet light and the most powerful taillight system in the world.

Step 1.

You must purchase a 2003 Trial Rat 2.0 light system with the knew Surlok connectors. I purchased two Trail Rat 2.0 systems just for the batteries and straps. My wife and I don't even use the 10w halogen light, unless we're hanging out with some friend's in Prospect Park. We have an extra battery so a friend can use it the TrailRat on their bar. The Storm is so bright, it's all we need. When drivers speed pass me in anger, I just light them up.

You can order the new NiteRider TrailRat 2.0 system for $99.99 at http://www.performancebike.com/shop/....cfm?SKU=14103

Step 2.

Now you will need to purchase the MicroBrute 4.5 Hour Charging System for SurLok Connections. This charger will charge your battery fast and lets you know when it's done charging. The charger that comes with the TrailRat 2.0 system needs to go right in the trash after you open the box. Why? cause you will be waiting forever for your battery to charge with that bootleg cheep charger, plus you risk over charging the battery as well.

You can purchase the NiteRider 6v MicroBrute Charge System for SurLok Connections for $49.99 at http://bikeworld.com/niteride/charger.htm

Step 3.

You must purchase 3 NiteRider Tail Light Systems for $59.99 each, that's a total of $179.97 at http://www.performancebike.com/shop/....cfm?SKU=14104

Step 4.

Charge your new TrailRat 2.0 battery using the new fast 6v MicroBrute Charge System.

Step 5.

Connect all 3 taillight cables together like the pic below.

Step 6.

Now plug in the battery to the taillight input. The 3 taillights will now glow at the same time, hold down the 3 black buttons on each taillight so they change to flash mode.

Step 7.

Now install the taillights to your seatpost as shown in the pics below. Make sure that you use the straps to secure the cables to the your frame.

Step 8.

Now find a good place on your bike to put the battery. My battery is in a great place on my bike hidden from view, the pic below will give you an idea of where to put yours. Once you find a good place for it, strap it in good and your set.

Step 9.

Order the NiteRider Storm HID Light System for $379.99 at http://www.performancebike.com/shop/....cfm?SKU=14098

Step 10.

Purchase a quality helmet of your choice, I like Giro helmets.

Step 11.

Charge the NiteRider battery. When it's finished charging, put the Storm system on your new helmet, and strap it on good. Turn on your 3 taillights, and go have fun.

Peace.
