merziac if this is directed to me, you’re incorrect. i stay in touch with all my clients and, when contacted i reply to emails within hours. i also let clients know if something they want isn’t in my wheelhouse as well as inform them when and if dimensions look wrong.
Sorry Richard, didn't mean to be so harsh, misread some of the instructions a bit but I do get it and realize you have to set guidelines to get it done.
