When hand cycling wear gloves. But which ones? How much padding? As a cyclist with skinny arms - I think minimalistic with no flashy colors or logos, least not at the gym. And a tight-fitting handcycling jersey - to avoid cotton t-shirt underarm rash. Do I start in a shoulder over spindle position (SOPS) and how much elbow extension and what q-factor?
