Bromptons are pretty straight forward for most things, but when it comes to the frame bits and things like the funky 2spd derailleur, you want someone who knows what they're doing.
Other shop: "If Brompton wanted it installed in only one orientation, then they shouldn't have made it possible to install in more than one."

Poka-yoke is any mechanism in a process that helps an equipment operator to avoid mistakes and defects by preventing, correcting, or drawing attention to human errors as they occur.[1][2] It is a Japanese term that means "mistake-proofing" or "error prevention", and is also sometimes referred to as a forcing function or a behavior-shaping constraint. The concept was formalized, and the term adopted, by Shigeo Shingo as part of the Toyota Production System.[3][4]
