Hello all,
Thanks for having me. Old timer here who has been out of the saddle for a coon's age. I am happy to be here and eager to refresh my memory and catch up on what's changed/improved since I was last riding.

Once upon a time (1980s-90s) I was a 200+ mi/wk roady and, in my 20s a city (Atlanta) commuter. I revived my riding back about a decade and a half ago up until '17 when a health problem and my son having a serious bike accident brought that to a halt. Now as a 60+ guy I am putting my one remaining road bike back in order to pick it back up before the sun sets, knowing full well that the mind is willing but the body is weak.

I look forward to learning what everyone here knows and humbly ask to be a part of the commumity.
