I built this little one up recently. It's a 94 KHS that I picked up the frame set from the C&V classifieds.



They called it a small I think, it's 51 C to T, but 47 C to C. It's designed for 700c, but I used 650c wheels and Tektro long reach calipers. This is an experiment for now, this bike is intended for a grandkid who won't be able to ride it for another year or so.
My wife will test it out in the spring and we'll have a better idea then how it works. She has a few other small bikes that were posted earlier in this thread.
