not many of any style with 1-1/8" steerers, but most would be threadless steerers if I did keep one...but will take a look.
So details needed: do you want threaded or un-threaded?
Do you know the steerer length you need?
this 385mm dimm: is it measured from center of hub axle to where on the uni-crown? (might be easier to just say what size wheel it's for: 26" or 700C/"29er")
With canti-brake mounts or no?
